As a Pre-Owned Sales Representative, you will work with customers through every step of the vehicle buying process, from greeting them, professionally responding to online leads, to helping them choose the right pre-owned vehicle and delivering an excellent ownership experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Presenting pre-owned vehicle options based on customer needs and budget

• Following up with leads, appointments, and previous customers

• Explaining vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and trade-in opportunities

• Working with the sales and finance teams to complete transactions smoothly

• Maintaining strong product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required

• Previous experience selling pre-owned vehicles is considered an asset

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, reliable, and motivated

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
